This manual dual spring swivel and tilting mechanism is ideally purchased when desiring to retain an old style 4 legged chair base. It is available in 17 1/2" hole to hole length only. The difference between the #475 and this #4754 is only the Bell size. The bell on style #4754 is 4 1/16" in diameter, perfectly obscuring the 4 leg base top hub plate for which it was designed. The #475 bell is 2 1/4" in diameter and intended for 5 leg bases. Both fit up to large excutive size swivel office chairs.
