A high quality precision Gordon manufactured knee pivot gas mechanism which will easily handle from small to large executive office swivel, conference and board-room chairs. One lever will perform two functions. Raise and lower the gas lift cylinder and also lock the tilting action if desired. Large forward knob adjusts the tilt back spring tension.
Mechanism is 7" wide and 9 1/2" long. Attaching to seat bottom at almost 6" in width and at 8 1/2" front to back. Additional hole slots will provide shorter attachment if needed. Height of mechanism is about 3 3/16" not including the spring tension adjustment knob.
